There are two types of thread that are used on the Damask label, 100 denier damask and 50 deniers damask known as high definition label. The word denier refers to the size of the thread. So the 50 denier has the softest feel and shows fine detail whereas the 100 denier damask is extremely high quality, sturdy, and soft. For high-end clothing brands, 50 denier is what recommend you go with. When counting the number of colours for damask woven labels, keep in mind that the background colour is included. For woven labels, you can choose up to 8 colours and widths up to 8”. Woven labels are cut with a hot knife or laser cut machine which prevents the label from fraying.

Damask
Damask is a reversible figured fabric of silk, wool, linen, cotton, or synthetic fibers, with a pattern formed by weaving.
Tafetta
Taffeta material is a crisp, smooth,
plain-woven fabric made from silk or cuprammonium rayons as well as acetate and polyester.
Satin
Satin is characterized by a soft, lustrous surface on one side, with a duller surface on the other side.

This is an END FOLD label. Typically for the sewer to stitch on both the left and the right hand side of this label. Sometimes around all 4 edges if preferred
Straight Cut
This is a HOT CUT label. Typically for the sewer to stitch around all 4 edges. this is good for who doesn’t want any folds
Loop Fold
This is an LOOP FOLD label. This is what you see in almost every T-shirt you see. This label fold in the middle and is sewn through the top.
Book Fold
This is an BOOK FOLD label. The top part is shorter than the under part, commonly to show the size or where it’s made.
Manhattan Fold
This is an MANHATTAN FOLD label. the top part folds over the bottom fold to give a finished look and feel. Typically used when putting onto a sleeve hem.
Mitre Fold
This is an MITRE FOLD label. This is used in the back of most Robes or Jackets so ypu can hang the garment up through using the label.
Pantone Color.

There are different woven size labels available in the market. The standard size of the woven tag is 11×20 mm, and after the border is sewn by the 9 mm, the label will have the 11×11 mm visible surface.

There are three delivery option which are Standard, Business, and Express. Standard shipment takes 25-28 working days, Business shipment takes 20-21 days and Express shipment takes 10-12 days.
We have digital email scanned method which takes about 2-3 days and physical sample shipping which takes 4-5 days.
